My Story
I started my training back in 2003 and it changed my life!
What I learned allowed me to remain sensitive by managing my energy. I could be out in the world and not take on everyone else’s shit.
What used to feel overwhelming and confusing was now manageable!
As far back as I remember- I’ve had unexplainable experiences and thought I was crazy. Turns out I’m just crazy empathic and was energetically over-stimulated because I’m so absorbent!
I’ve been a Certified Spiritual Teacher, and Ordained Minister, since 2011. I have taken over 13 years of professional-level Energy courses. Plus countless other self-development and healing classes.
Heads up- I am not your typical Spiritual Teacher! Spirituality and meditation classes can be so serious. I balance things out with a weird sense of humor and jokes. So bring your desire to learn and heal AND your funny bone ;)

This is who I am
I was born to teach.

My proudest moments are watching students build confidence when they heal themselves and gain seniority.
